Responsibilities:


  • Well versed Liasioning at
- (a) Municipal Corporation viz. MIDC, MCGM, TMC, CIDCO, NMMC, MAHADA etc.

(b) Revenue Authorities viz. Talathi office, sub-registrar office, city survey office, TNBA, TILR, Tahasildar Office, Education Dept.

(c) Mantralaya UD Dept, Revenue Dept, Education Dept.

  • Coordination with internal design team

Required Skills:


  • Excellent in Spoken & Written Marathi (mandatory)
  • Sound understanding of the Legal Documents
  • Computer Savvy
  • Network of Contacts with Govt Dept. or Concerned Authorities
  • Knowledge of Auto CAD
