The Position


As a Scrum Master, you are to be part of the Agile team and facilitate the team for efficient delivery, coaching and leadership.

You should keep track of and help solve impediments and escalate if necessary.

You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:

  • Help the Agile team manage their progress via transparent backlog and board overviews.
  • Help the Agile team and other roles prepare and align expectations before and during events.
  • Drive Agile teams, vendors, and customers in the Novo Nordisk Agile way of working incl.
Agile Delivery Model, Azure DevOps,Agile QMS and Agile Sourcing.

  • Change ambassador to drive the learning culture and Agile mindset in Novo Nordisk.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science (or equivalent) with 7+ years in IT.
  • Minimum of 34 years of experience as Scrum Master with certification.
  • Certification in SAFe agile is highly preferred.
  • Experience on Agile tools e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP and DevOps.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
