The Position
As a Scrum Master, you are to be part of the Agile team and facilitate the team for efficient delivery, coaching and leadership.
You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:
- Help the Agile team manage their progress via transparent backlog and board overviews.
- Help the Agile team and other roles prepare and align expectations before and during events.
- Drive Agile teams, vendors, and customers in the Novo Nordisk Agile way of working incl.
- Change ambassador to drive the learning culture and Agile mindset in Novo Nordisk.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science (or equivalent) with 7+ years in IT.
- Minimum of 34 years of experience as Scrum Master with certification.
- Certification in SAFe agile is highly preferred.
- Experience on Agile tools e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP and DevOps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
