Develop and implement strategies for community engagement activities aimed at colleges, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
-Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of activities at colleges, including but not limited to webinars, workshops, and on-campus events. -Serve as the primary point of contact for college partners and individual clients, fostering strong relationships and addressing inquiries and concerns. -Conduct regular outreach and communication with college representatives to understand their needs and preferences. -Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging content and resources for community engagement activities. -Coordinate logistics for both online and offline events, including venue selection, scheduling, and promotion. -Conduct monthly webinars on relevant topics to provide ongoing support and education to college partners. -Organize occasional offline workshops to supplement online engagement efforts and provide hands-on learning opportunities. -Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement activities, gathering feedback and making recommendations for improvement. -Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transition from sales to post-sales engagement, and support renewal efforts. -Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in community engagement and higher education.
