Description

As an Architect, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of architectural projects from conception to completion


Your responsibilities will include:

Conceptual Design:
Developing initial design concepts in collaboration with clients and stakeholders to meet project requirements and objectives

Design Development:
Creating detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software and other design tools

Project Management:
Managing the overall design process, including coordinating with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery

Client Interaction:
Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback, and incorporating these into the design process

Code Compliance:
Ensuring that architectural designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements

Budget and Schedule Management:
Monitoring project budgets and schedules to ensure that design milestones are met within established constraints

Construction Administration:
Providing support during the construction phase, including reviewing shop drawings, conducting site visits, and addressing any design-related issues that arise

Quality Assurance:
Maintaining high standards of design quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
Strong design sensibility and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices preferred.


Pay:
₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month
