Monitoring of vital signs during home care; blood pressure, heart rate,
- temperature and oximeter statistics

Maintain the nutritional needs of the patient and coordinate with the dietician to obtain the same
To administer oxygen and ventilation in a Homecare setting.
To Assist the client to maintain his hygiene.
Set up and Maintain Home based medical equipment, and replenish other medical supplies as and when needed
Perform emergency and treatment procedures, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, airway management and heart monitoring etc
Ability to transport patient safely from a hospital to home and vice versa if needed.
To have good knowledge in the Care of all invasive lines and catheters
Able to perform the techniques of cardiopulmonary resuscitation accurately and effectively.
Follows strict Barrier and Reverse Barrier Techniques
To have thorough knowledge of all Life saving Equipments ( Cardiac Monitor,Defribrillator,Suction Machine, ventilators etc).
To have skills in performing all Basic and advance procedures.
To maintain all asceptic precautions during procedures.
To provide Psychological support to Patient and Family Members
To provide detailed Patient and family Education according to disease condition
Regular updating of BLS/ACLS skills.
To maintain required documents in the Homecare settings.
Comply to Patient Fall prevention ,Pressure Injury and other injuries
To have thorough knowledge of Critical Lab Values

Expereince : 1-3yrs

Qualification :
Bsc Nursing /GNM

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
