Duties & Responsibilities


Develop and oversee all aspects of the food and beverage program for the company, including menu development, recipe creation, ingredient sourcing, and plate presentation Train and manage a team of curry and tandoor professionals in the proper execution of all kitchen operations Maintain a high level of sanitation and safety in the kitchen at all times Ensure that all food orders are prepared in a timely and efficient manner Monitor food quality and take corrective action when necessary Work with the purchasing department to source the highest quality ingredients at the best possible price Develop cost-effective menus that meet the needs of the company while also providing a high level of customer satisfaction Create new and innovative dishes that will keep customers coming back for more Stay up-to-date on trends in the food and beverage industry and incorporate them into the menu as appropriate Manage the budget for the food and beverage program and take steps to reduce costs where possible Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure that all team members are aware of the goals and objectives of the company Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Production, or Indian Cuisine.

7+ years experience as a professional chef, with at least 3 years in a corporate setting Exceptional Indian Curry skills, with a focus on healthy and innovative cuisine Strong leadership and management skills Ability to develop and oversee large-scale food production Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings and weekends.


Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Master's degree in FOOD PRODUCTION, or related field 10+ years experience as a professional chef Experience developing and implementing sustainability initiatives Knowledge of food cost analysis and menu pricing

Salary:
Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
