Administrative Assistant at Project Site (PAN India Level)

Job description

Hiring of employees on roll and outsource as per approved organization structure and manpower planning.
Maintaining and adhering all statutory compliances related to project Site.
To maintain harmonious industrial relations at Project Site.
Organizing employee engagement, welfare & development programs.
Salary & Wage Administration of Associate Employees.
Organizing and conducting training programs as per calendar and schedule.
Preparing the purchase requisitions for all HR & Admin related requirements.
Time Office Management.
Managing all administrative services and support related to employees and factory.
Working within the company's GRC (Governance, Risk Management and Compliance)
Working within the company's policies and procedures.
Optimum Resource Utilizations.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards the interested parties at all times.
Maintaining management systems as per ISO Standard.
All other functions related to HR & Administration.

.Should have work experience working at projects sites/Field.

Education & Experience

Graduation in any Discipline
3+ Years' Experience in HR /Admin Functions (Preferred EPC Indust

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
