Site Supervisor - Goa, India - KHFM HOSPITALITY & FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES PVT. LTD
Description
Job responsibilities:
- Project coordination and management
- On-site supervision
- Streamlining resources material, manpower and logistics for timely work completion
- Ensure quality of work done on-site
- Maintain project documents delivery challan, measurement sheet, work completion certificate, etc.
- Maintain daily communication with client for on-going projects
- Oversee maintenance sites, create maintenance reports, maintenance schedule and maintain communication with client.
Skills needed:
- Good verbal communication and soft skills.
- Project management skills
- Systematic documentation and reporting
- Understanding of units of scale, dimensions & read technical drawings
- Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
