    Position Overview:

    Join our team as the Sales Performance Management (SPM) Data Architect, where you will play a crucial role in designing, creating, and maintaining the data architecture framework that supports our organization's SPM data needs. Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient data flow, data integrity, and optimal data infrastructure.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop a robust data architecture strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze data requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs.
    • Develop data models, dictionaries, and integration processes following Trane IT standards.
    • Establish and enforce data standards for consistency, accuracy, and quality.
    • Evaluate and enhance existing SPM systems for improved performance and scalability.
    • Define data storage and retrieval strategies for efficient data management.
    • Work with data engineers to design and implement data transformation processes.
    • Stay updated on data management trends to enhance organizational capabilities.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in data architecture roles.
    • Proficiency in data modeling, integration, and database design.
    • Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy principles.
    • Experience with ETL tools, cloud-based data technologies, and big data platforms.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
