Profit

  • 20% billing growth over last year
  • 70% average occupancy for all sites taken together
  • 20% growth in direct clients
  • Ensuring that sales targets are achieved timely and the recoveries are made with in the stipulated time period.
  • Receivables >180 days <10%
  • Building healthy relations with agency heads and cooperating with sales team and assisting them whenever required
  • Procurements are made as and when required at the best possible rate.
  • Keeping a check over of the general expenses incurred regularly

Business Processes

  • 100% adherence to company's policies and processes
  • Smooth HR processes, from joining to relieving to ensure employee comfort during their entire journey with the company
  • Monitoring accounting processes

Acquisitions & Projects

  • Handling all acquisitions and spearheading the end to end completion of new acquisitions.
  • In charge of all new projects
  • Understanding new requirements / technologies in digital media
  • Building team required to handle digital arm of the organization.

People

  • New team members are given active cooperation and support to enable them to grow in confidence
  • Prompt and unhindered sharing of information
  • Active cooperation and support to all internal teams to help them discharge their duties effectively
  • Knowledge sharing with all teams to help them grow as individuals and professionals

Budgeting and MIS

  • Ensure all inputs required for drawing up of the annual budget, duly verified, should be in place before the start of the exercise.
  • Ensure all P&L related reporting should accurate and timely.
  • Ensure all business MIS should be disseminated timely with proper analysis and with executive summary to highlight immediate action required

Audits & Compliance

  • Ensure Internal controls & checks function as desired throughout the period under consideration
  • Ensure Proper documentation is maintained and retained thereof.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. with 12 plus years of relevant experience of handling business operations.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the outdoor advertising or media industry.
  • Strong understanding of advertising operations, logistics, and campaign management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

Salary:
₹3,000, ₹3,300,000.00 per year
