JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


To Manage the operations of QC lab with in the organization, to do the QC Check for Inward RM and Outward Finished Goods.


List of Inward RM like CAST PVC SHRINK Film, PET SHRINK FILM, BOPP PEARLISED FILM, BOPP TRANSPARENT FILM, INKS, SOLVENTS, AND PACKING MATERIALS.

List of Finished Goods like Printed Shrink Labels, Printed BOPP Wrap Around Label Rolls.

To follow the SOP for Lab Testing of Raw Material and Finished Goods.


To maintain the decorum in the QC Lab, and keep the written record of all testing which are done in lab, also keep the samples in records for any further evalution required in future, alteast samples to be kept for three Months in records.


To match the cylinders proof with party approved digital proof, like TEXT MATTER, COLOR SCHEME, BASE SHELL QUALITY, EYE MARK SIZE AND COLOR, CYLINDER SIZE, And ARC MARKS Etc.


To ensure all the company policies get implemented amicably, and keep the record of Policy deviation and present it during the monthly meeting with Directors.


To keep and maintain the records for all lab testing in Excel sheet/Register and based on sheet and maintain the QC Register for the same, and to mail/communicate to senior in case of any problem or deviation.


To reguraly make round in Printing Department, Converting Department, RM Area and Cylinders area, so as to ensure the quality and effective work culture is maintained in the oragnisation.


To keep a strict check on FG Testing, make regular entry in lab register and and keep the samples in record for future records and analysis.


To ensure all audit related paper work in maintained with in the lab, keep paper work ready for any audit in the company.


As and when qc checked is done for RM or FG, to stick the QC Checked Stickers/Stamp on the Roll or Cartoon as a part of regular QC Work.


Salary:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
