Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Executive for Technical Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a female engineering graduate with expertise in civil, ceramic, chemical, or mechanical engineering. This role involves handling various technical aspects of our projects, including tendering, client communication, invoicing, payment collection follow-up, and order management. The candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar function.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing technical support as needed.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
4. Generate invoices and follow up with clients for timely payment collection.
5. Maintain records of orders, contracts, and project documentation.
6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
7. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise.
8. Conduct regular meetings with clients to review project status and address concerns.
9. Provide technical guidance and assistance to junior team members as required.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification of an engineering degree (civil, ceramic, chemical, or mechanical).
At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
Strong technical aptitude and understanding of engineering principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Female candidates are preferred.
Salary – starting from 3.6 lakhs ctc.
