Weare seeking a talented and experienced Manager OCI Cloud NativeArchitect to join our team.

This rolerequires a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)and extensive experience in presales delivery and programmanagement with a focus on cloudnative architecture. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for leading a team of architectsdriving successful presales activities overseeing the endtoenddelivery of OCI projects and managing programlevelinitiatives.

This is a seniorlevelposition that requires strong leadership technical expertise andexceptional communicationskills.

JobResponsibilities

1.PresalesLeadership:

Collaboratewith the sales team to understand customer requirements and developcompelling OCI cloudnativesolutions.

Lead thecreation of technical proposals presentations estimations anddemonstrations to showcase the value of OCI cloudnativearchitecture to potentialclients.

Act as atrusted advisor to clients providing expert guidance on OCIcloudnative architecture and bestpractices.

2. DeliveryManagement:

Oversee theendtoend delivery of OCI cloudnative projects ensuring successfulimplementation and customersatisfaction.

Define projectscope objectives and deliverables and develop detailed projectplans.

Manage projectresources timelines and budgets to ensure projects are delivered ontime and withinbudget.

Monitor projectprogress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies toensure successful project outcomes.

3. ProgramManagement:

Lead and managemultiple OCI cloudnative projects simultaneously ensuring alignmentwith organizational goals andobjectives.

Develop andmaintain programlevel plans schedules andbudgets.

Coordinate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure effective communication andcollaboration throughout the programlifecycle.

Monitor programperformance identify areas for improvement and implement correctiveactions as needed.

4. TeamLeadership:

Lead a team ofarchitects providing guidance mentorship and support to ensuretheir professional growth anddevelopment.

Foster acollaborative and inclusive team culture promoting knowledgesharing and continuouslearning.

Conductperformance evaluations provide feedback and identify trainingneeds for teammembers.

EssentialSkills

Bachelor sdegree in computer science Engineering or a related field. Mastersdegreepreferred.

Extensiveexperience in presales delivery and program management preferablyin the cloud servicesindustry.

Strongknowledge and handson experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure(OCI) architecture and core OCI services like compute storagesecurity (IAM) Logging and monitoring events and notificationsoracle functions Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE) Audit Loadbalancers Web Application Firewall (WAF).

Proven trackrecord of successfully leading and delivering complex OCIprojects.

Excellentcommunication and presentation skills with the ability toeffectively communicate technical concepts to both technical andnontechnicalstakeholders.

Strongleadership and team management skills with the ability to motivateand inspire ateam.

Exceptionalproblemsolving and decisionmakingabilities.

Relevantcertifications in OCI or related cloud technologies are highlydesirable.

Creating theHighlevel design (HLD) and Lowlevel design (LLD) documents withlogical and technical architecturediagrams.

Strong skillsin creating ROM BOM presentation decksetc.

Strongleadership and team management skills to lead the team of differentskillsets.
