No | WFH (India) is also an option

4. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and build solutions that enable the
administration of Insurance and Investment products using
FIS IPAS Configuration capabilities.
Understand user product requirements and
build compass system solutions that enable the requirements in an efficient manner.
Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.
Facilitates/participate in design sessions.
Training of users and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Investigate system problems and correct them.
Creating functional and technical specifications.
Provide technical support to business users.
Review test plans and the test book for each project release before User
Acceptance Testing.
Conduct systems testing to ensure that the design was aligned and designed according to the technology business requirement specifications.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Provide support for system testing.
Document solution designs and communicate the designs effectively to users and other developers/ compass specialists.

COMPETENCIES
In depth understanding of
FIS IPAS/Compass.

Good understanding of
investment and insurance products.

In depth understanding of
FIS IPAS design principles.

Understanding of relational database design principles.

Intermediate capability in
Oracle SQL

Excellent communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

Goal-oriented, Critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to balance efficiency and effectiveness.

Understanding of Agile delivery principles

Salary:
₹556, ₹1,876,716.51 per year
