    Job Description:

    1. Content Strategy:

    a. Curate a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the educational objectives of our platform.

    b. Identify key / trending topics, curriculum areas, and important exams to create relevant and valuable content for our Learners.

    2. Curriculum Alignment:

    a. Ensure that the content produced for the YouTube channel 'PathFinder by Unacademy' aligns with

    i. our educational standards,

    ii. curriculum guidelines,

    iii. and learning objectives.

    b. Content curation to meet the needs of our target audience / UPSC Learner base

    i. UPSC Learner base

    ii. academic levels

    iii. subject areas

    iv. and many more

    3. Video Production for UICP / Unacademy IAS Centres:

    a. Oversee the entire video production process, from ideation to publication.

    b. Collaborate with rank holders, content creators, and production teams to produce high-quality podcasts.

    4. Learner Engagement and Community building:

    a. Implement strategies to enhance viewer engagement and interaction

    b. Encourage comments, discussions, and feedback to foster a vibrant learning community on the channel.

    5. Analytics and Optimization:

    a. Use analytics tools / YouTube studio to track performance metrics and gain insights into a Learner viewership behavior

    b. Optimize video aesthetics like video content, titles, thumbnails, and tags to improve visibility, retention, and engagement

    6. Educational Outreach:

    a. Collaborate with influencers to promote our both the YouTube channel as a valuable learning resource.

    b. Promote our events, conferences, and workshops to raise awareness and expand our overall reach

    7. Monetization and Sustainability:

    a. Develop monetization strategies to generate revenue from the YouTube channel while maintaining a focus on educational integrity and value.

    b. Explore opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and other revenue streams.
