Description

• Identify passengers' specifications, and desires and guide them with suitable flight reservations at per passengers' convenience. Completely U.S process and customers will be 100% from U.S geography.
• Plan the complete Itinerary for the passengers related to the flight reservation.
• Supply travelers with pertinent information related to their queries related to airline booking.
• Guide existing passengers with the cancellation, and refunds for their existing booking.
• Generate revenue on a daily/monthly basis by generating GPM out of bookings/PNR made.
• Minimum 6 months of experience related to US flight reservation.
• Handson experience with flight reservations in purely U.S/Canada geography.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Exemplary selling skills and passengersoriented approach
• Ability to handle passengers' escalations and give them resolution.

• Training will be provided to freshers regarding Amadeus and other requirements mentioned in the "Roles and Responsibilities".
• The job Location is Zirakpur, cab provision is there, great incentives on sales.
