School Relationship Officer,

What you will do as an SRO:

Planning and executing all necessary activities essential for student enrollment
Set up and operationalize tech infrastructure for hybrid classes at new centers/schools
Ensure preparedness before every hybrid class
Provide ongoing technical support for existing centers/schools
Troubleshoot and resolve tech issues during hybrid classes
Coordinate with teachers to address techrelated challenges and allow them to focus on academic tasks
Act as a class coordinator for hybrid classes when necessary

Requirements:

Willingness to work from hybrid centers as required
Proficiency in both Hindi and English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional local/regional languages would be advantageous
Possess a robust background in B2C sales, with additional experience in the edtech sector being advantageous
Employ a consultative approach to understand and address customer needs and challenges effectively
Display high ownership and exceptional problemsolving skills, showcasing goaloriented, assertive, and handson approach
Demonstrate understanding of technology and IT, with potential bonus points for experience in managing infrastructure for telecasted classes or academic pedagogy.
Exhibit a proven track record of success in key account management, preferably within the edtech industry, with added value for experience as an Account Manager dealing with schools and educational institutions
Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, both internally within the organization and externally with customers
