    As the Assistant Manager – Housekeeping, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the property. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff, coordinate with various departments, and maintain a seamless housekeeping operation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Effectively manage and lead the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

    Prepare work assignments based on room availability and guest checkouts.

    Ensure special needs of VIP guests and dignitaries are met promptly.

    Schedule and supervise cleaning tasks for various areas, including guest rooms, lobby, restrooms, recreational areas, and meeting rooms.

    Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and linens.

    Investigate and address guest concerns related to housekeeping services.

    Collaborate with the Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth coordination.

    Oversee the setup of meeting rooms and event spaces.

    Monitor expenses and maintain the housekeeping budget.

    Recruit, train, and mentor housekeeping staff.

    Maintain records and prepare periodic reports on housekeeping operations.

    Desirable Traits:

    3 to 6 years of experience in the Housekeeping Supervisory category.

    Excellent problem-solving skills.

    Detail-oriented with an eye for cleanliness.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Strong time management skills.
