Zorrro, a fast-growing B2B logístical solutions and B2C convenience services provider based in Kolkata, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our business and managing teams of 4-6 individuals.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Supervise and support teams of 46 individuals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain quality standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and professional development.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management or supervisory roles, preferably in the logistics or related industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
