Leventm Technologies is seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing company in Bengaluru. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's staff and ensuring the smooth functioning of various HR processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Candidate Selection: You will be responsible for establishing and conducting interviews, counseling managers on candidate selection, and analyzing exit interviews to improve our recruitment processes.

    2. Employee Orientation and Training: Prepare employees for their assignments by conducting orientation and training programs to enhance their skills and performance.

    3. Pay Plan Management: Conduct periodic pay surveys, schedule job evaluations, and implement pay structure revisions to ensure competitive and fair compensation for our employees.

    4. Performance Appraisal: Facilitate the planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results. Train managers to coach and discipline employees when necessary, schedule management conferences, and resolve employee grievances.

    5. Employee Benefits Programs: Implement and manage employee benefits programs. Assess benefit needs and trends, recommend benefit programs to management, and oversee the processing of benefit claims.

    6. Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with human resource federal and state requirements. Conduct investigations, maintain records, and represent the organization at hearings when necessary.
