Description

• Conduct surveys and interviews with retail partners to collect feedback on our products, services, and overall customer experience.
• Analyze the feedback collected and report the findings to the relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Work with the team to develop action plans to address any issues or concerns raised by the retail partners.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with our retail partners to ensure ongoing feedback and communication.
• Work with the team to implement any changes or improvements to our products and services based on the feedback received.

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program related to business, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel to various retail locations as needed.
