Description
Oversee and maintain a safe, productive work environment for all on-site workers- Maintain quality control throughout the project
- Ensure that projects are on schedule
- Track paperwork and documentation
- Maintain daily records
- Provide assistance to construction workers as needed
- Oversee, manage, and coordinate construction activities to ensure quality, accuracy, and ontime completion in compliance with plans and specifications
- Coordinate and direct subcontractor schedules and activities
- Perform field inspections, analyze progress, and report findings
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, and develop and approve corrective action plans
- Oversee subcontractor compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and programs
- Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, for all project activities
- Readily communicate issues with all involved parties
- Maintain professional relationships and build strong, lasting relationships with the project team, subcontractors, and vendors
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
Experience:
- fresher: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
