    Candidate should have, 1.Good Communication skills 2.Take callsOver Phone which involves working in different time zones 3.Takecalls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them,positively and professionally. 4.Flexible to work in shifts.5.Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills6.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices 7.Goodtechnical knowledge Qualification: Under Graduate/ Graduate/ PostGraduate Experience: Minimum 1 year BPO experience up to 5 YearsOpening for International Voice Process for our renounced client inNavi Mumbai location. Work Timing - UK Shift (would includerotational shifts between 12pm to 12am) Mode - Only Work FromOffice Job Location - Vikhroli in Mumbai (Candidates applyingshould be staying within 30kms from & dropfacility would be available) Nature - Contract to Hire (While thisis a Contract 2 Hire role, the possibility of On-boarding on Clientpayroll may happen in case of exceptional performance and abusiness need at our Clients end) Requirements Eligibility -Excellent English Communication is must.
