We are seeking an exceptional Event Operations Executive to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for seamlessly managing the various aspects of event operations, ensuring the successful execution of events that leave a lasting impact on our clients and attendees.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all logístical aspects, such as transportation, equipment setup, and signage placement.

Oversee the booth setup, exhibit display ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and functional.

Provide a demonstration of our products and services.

Assist with Visitor /Customer inquiries and requests throughout the event.

Monitor feedback and gather insights to improve future events.

Demonstrate Products and Services that we offer.

Evaluate incoming leads to determine their quality, prioritize, and segment leads based on their level of interest and engagement.

Liaise with sales teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads for further engagement.

Provide sales teams with necessary lead information and context to facilitate effective conversations.


Qualification and Required Skills:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing, or a related field is preferred.

1-3 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Events, Branding, and Communications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Proactive and driven attitude to work independently.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and events simultaneously.

Quick thinking and adaptability to resolve unexpected issues during events.

Meticulous attention to detail to ensure every aspect of an event is well-planned and executed flawlessly.

Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and other business-related activities. A fair amount approx. 50% of domestic travel is required.

Linguistic requirement - English, Hindi and Tamil.

₹11, ₹28,792.26 per month
