Must Have:


  • Strong working knowledge of various technologies
  • SIP Telephony, Cisco UCM, Cisco Contact Center UCCE/X, Genesys Contact Center
  • Working knowledge on Audiocodes/Ribbon/Oracle SBCs, Cisco Voice Gateways.
  • Working knowledge on Microsoft Teams and Direct Routing.
  • Exposure to Servers/Linux/VMware, Network/Databases.
  • Experience in Server clustering, Virtualization, High Availability, Disaster Recovery
  • Good Understanding of Cloud technologies like AWS and Azure.
  • Sound understanding of Cloud Telephony systems.
  • Working experience of ISDN/SIP trunking in PSTN architecture.
  • Good understanding of LAN-WAN Networking, Firewall, VPN, NAT, STUN, TURN, IPV4, IPV6, etc.
  • Sound knowledge & working experience on VOIP, SIP, H.323, ISDN, PRI-BRI, FXO, FXS & various voice codecs G711, G729, etc.
  • Good understanding of security, DNS, DHCP & SSL Certificates management.
