Position description:
To provide support on various activities for Prepaid cards (INR & Forex) for corporate relationships


Primary Responsibilities:


  • The objective of this role is to provide support on various activities for Prepaid cards (INR & Forex) for corporate relationships.
  • JOB PURPOSE: Assisting Service Manager for below activities:


  • 1. Query Resolution

  • End to end resolution of corporate request within defined TAT.
  • 2. Day to Day Operational Activities Card Indent/Load/Reload/encashment/Balance Transfer/Demographic Updation, Resolve rejections.
  • 3. Followup with corporate for payment against loading / indent received or via se versa.
  • 4. Followup with the corporate for the account details to reverse the fund payable to corporate from our dummy.
  • 5. Take ahead with concern team for dispute raised by card holder and follow up as per TAT.
  • 6. Followup for encashment raised by corporate, resolve rejections if any.
  • 7. Followup with our internal team for FX invoice and submission to corporate.

Additional Responsibilities:


  • 1. Handling calls received from channels or Relationship Managers
  • 2. Preparation of Daily / Weekly MIS to important Corporates such if any.
  • 3. Extracting relationship level details and sharing the same with the Corporate or Relationship Manager on an adhoc basis
  • 4. Coordinating with various stake holders and getting timely response for end to end resolution of the customer's concern
