Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team at Cemech Luxury Paints. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for promoting our luxury paint products over the phone and generating leads for our sales team. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

1 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to deliver scripted sales pitches in an engaging and compelling manner
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential customers
Self-motivated and target-driven
Good organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using CRM software

Roles and Responsibilities

Contact potential customers by phone to promote our luxury paint products
Deliver scripted sales pitches to generate interest and secure appointments for the sales team
Explain the features and benefits of our products to potential customers
Answer questions and address concerns about our products
Maintain a database of leads and follow up with potential customers
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to sales conversion
