• Efficiently process customer orders using Unicommerce software.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of badminton products.

• Handle and process returned items.
• Conduct quality checks and restock items as per standard procedures.

• Oversee stock inward and stock audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and update records in Unicommerce.

• Liaise with courier partners for timely handovers.
• Resolve issues related to shipment delays or damages.

• Coordinate inbound shipments, including receiving, inspecting, and storing products.
• Manage outbound logistics to ensure timely and costeffective delivery.

• Ensure quality standards are met for all outbound shipments.
• Implement measures to reduce errors in order fulfillment.

• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse operations.
• Analyze operational data for continuous improvement.

• Ensure adherence to legal regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the eCommerce sector.
• Proficiency in using Unicommerce or similar inventory management software.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Detailoriented with a problemsolving attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Comfortable in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
