What you will do:


  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about pet products and services or obtain details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to the designation department for further investigations.

What are we looking for:

We're on the lookout for a Customer Delight Executive with:

  • Two years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role (Voice and Non-voice process)
  • Excellent communications skills and can speak English fluently
  • Has good interpersonal skills and the ability to handle pressure
  • Current or previously has been a pet parent

Salary:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
