We are "Rupdarshi Designs Pvt. Ltd.", a leading brand in India that deals in ethnic wear, such as salwars, sharees, etc.

The company was incorporated in 2005 and has had a good presence in the industry for more than 15 years.

Currently, we are hiring for the position of 'Fashion Designer' to contribute creatively towards high-quality and innovative sampling and production, keeping clients' individual tastes and preferences in mind.

People who have experience of 2-5 years in the têxtile industry, such as in the production of
sarees, salwars, lehengas, etc., and also have great creativity skills are most welcome.


Duty & Responsibilities:

  • Creating a wide range of samples based on buyers' requirements, future trends, and fashion
  • Coordinating and managing orders at various levels of design and development, costing
  • Fitting and testing, raw material sourcing
  • Vendor managing
  • Execute the sampling and production order with accuracy and precision, considering the client's requirements and the look of the embroidery.
  • Understand the handling of styles individually, which includes understanding the embroidery pattern, errors or wastages for the styles handled during the season, checking material and labour reports, budgetrelated issues, etc.
  • Deliver the task within the given time frame.
  • We need to have complete control over the product quality for each production.

Skills & Qualification Required:

  • Should have a bachelor's or diploma degree in fashion design.
  • Should have handson experience of
    35 years in the
    têxtile industry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should have good and clear command and leadership skills.
  • Should have technical knowledge related to materials, embroidery, sewing, and printing.
  • Should be well versed in digital design software, such as CAD, pattern design software, Apparel Maestro, WinMAn, Adobe Illustrator, etc.

Salary:
₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
