Front Desk Receptionist cum Customer Support Executive


Overview:


We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist cum Customer Support Executive.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service to visitors and callers.

Additionally, you will assist in administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our front office.


Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.

Customer Support:


  • Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and clients.
  • Address inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Assist customers with basic information and product inquiries.

Administrative Support:


  • Manage appointments and schedules for staff.
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Data Entry and Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Assist in data entry tasks as needed.

Multitasking:


  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Prioritize and manage time effectively.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a receptionist or customer support role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customeroriented approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
