    Job Description :

    Role & responsibilities :

    • Design, develop, and implement backend services for our FinTech platform using strong coding practices.
    • Collaborate with frontend developers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Develop and maintain efficient and scalable database structures.
    • Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive user data and ensure regulatory compliance.
    • Write clean, welldocumented, and maintainable code.
    • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall codebase quality.
    • Collaborate with DevOps engineers to automate deployments and ensure smooth system operation.
    • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in FinTech and backend development.

    Preferred candidate profile :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Backend Software Developer.
    • Proficiency in a backend programming language (e.g., Reactjs, Python, Java, , Go).
    • Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
    • Experience with API development and integration.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
    • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
