    Goal of Position :


    • Apply programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, C etc. to develop and customize software systems.
    • Collaborate with the development team to write secure, efficient, and testable code.
    • Solve programming challenges creatively, enhance software functionality.
    • Learn and adopt to new programming languages and development environments
    Key responsibilities :

    • Write clean, efficient, and welldocumented code in Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, C etc.
    • Implement features and bug fixes across various projects.
    • Collaborate with other developers on code reviews and knowledge sharing.
    • Stay uptodate with relevant programming languages and technologies.
    • Utilize collaborative tools like Jira, Backlog, or Google Workspace effectively.
    Most important tasks :


    • Write modular, reusable code components.
    • Implement unit tests and automated testing practices.
    • Participate in code refactoring to improve code quality and maintainability.
    • Debug complex problems and identify root causes.
    • Research and implement solutions using appropriate libraries and frameworks.
    • Adapt to changing project requirements and technical specifications.
    • Takes ownership of work allocated.
    Experience and Skills required :

    Knowledge, skills and experience required :

    • Strong foundation in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, C).
    • Strong foundation in at least one DBMS (e.g., MS SQL, DB2, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
    • Basic understanding of software development principles and best practices.
    • Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, and welldocumented code.
    • Ability to identify and solve programming problems effectively.
    • 58 years of experience in a programming role (adaptable).
    • Experience working in a collaborative team required :
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    - Communicate effectively in Japanese. Respond to chats & emails in English using translation tools.

    • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Google workspace, Backlog, Jira.
