_Respond to customer inquiries and problem critical issues_

_Provide support for data collection to enable Audit function._

_Maintain a detailed understanding of client process and policies_

_Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis._

_Should be very proficient with SAP (OTC module)_

_Should have indepth knowledge of Order Management_

_Qualifications_:

_ Minimum qualifications_

_Significant experience in Contract Admin/ Order management_

_B.Com_
_ _
_SAP knowledge_
_ _
_End to End OTC knowledge_
_ _
_Preferred qualifications_:

_knowledge of Master Data_

_Basic knowledge of MS office_
_ _
_Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills_

_Problem solving skills with customer centric approach _
_Strong English language skills (verbal and written)_

_Proven understanding on Sales Force_
