Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on a variety of topics
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions and brainstorming sessions
- Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries from clients and partners
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records and files
- Communicate with guests and hosts via Airbnb messaging platform and phone to address inquiries, concerns, and special requests
- Manage booking calendars, including scheduling and coordinating checkins and checkouts, cleaning services, and repairs/maintenance
- Ensure accurate and uptodate listing information, including pricing, availability, and property details
- Handle payments, refunds, and cancellations according to Airbnb policies and guidelines
- Monitor and respond to reviews and ratings, and take proactive steps to improve guest satisfaction and property performance
- Identify and resolve issues related to guest experience, property management, and Airbnb platform usage
- Stay uptodate with Airbnb policies, regulations, and best practices, and implement changes as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is a plus
- Must be able to work from our Chennai office
NOTE:
Night Shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST
- Work from Office
- Freshers are welcome
