Description

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct research and analysis on a variety of topics
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions and brainstorming sessions
  • Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries from clients and partners
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records and files
  • Communicate with guests and hosts via Airbnb messaging platform and phone to address inquiries, concerns, and special requests
  • Manage booking calendars, including scheduling and coordinating checkins and checkouts, cleaning services, and repairs/maintenance
  • Ensure accurate and uptodate listing information, including pricing, availability, and property details
  • Handle payments, refunds, and cancellations according to Airbnb policies and guidelines
  • Monitor and respond to reviews and ratings, and take proactive steps to improve guest satisfaction and property performance
  • Identify and resolve issues related to guest experience, property management, and Airbnb platform usage
  • Stay uptodate with Airbnb policies, regulations, and best practices, and implement changes as needed

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is a plus
  • Must be able to work from our Chennai office

NOTE:
Night Shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST

  • Work from Office
  • Freshers are welcome
