Job Description:


Responsibilities:

• Promote JB Chemicals' cardiovascular and diabetic products to healthcare professionals including physicians, cardiologists, endocrinologists, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers in the medical community.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on JB Chemicals' products, including their indications, benefits, and usage guidelines.
• Conduct product presentations, seminars, and educational programs for healthcare professionals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and synergy in sales and marketing activities.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to the regional sales manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative in the cardiac segment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with a high level of initiative and drive.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
