What will your essential responsibilities include?

Purchase Requisition (PR) Due Diligence & and escalate for missing information.
Working as a Buyer, supporting business with ProcuretoPay Operations activities.
Closely monitor the PO cycle and action for unattended Procurement liabilities.
Support the Supplier Onboarding process on the Coupa P2P system.
Conduct training to onboard suppliers on the Coupa Supplier Portal. For suppliers reluctant to do it, the power of persuasion will be needed.
Manage Procurement mailbox. Handle pre/postmatch exceptions and swiftly action to resolve.
Assisting line of business with Procurement tools & and processes.
Updating process trackers & and providing inputs for monthly/quarterly reports/dashboards.
Support with Procurement/Sourcing backoffice activities, including SLAs, KPIs, Spend Analysis and Continuous Improvement process.
May require obtaining quotes from preferred suppliers and preparing comparison analysis.

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

Required Skills and Abilities:

Experience of working in ERP/Procurement systems (preferably Coupa/SAP).
Experience of working in the Procurement domain supporting daytoday operations (PR-PO) activities.
Good command over Procurement Function Life Cycle.
Excellent written/verbal skillset for business communications/meetings with internal/external stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Abilities:

Analytical Abilities
Ability to analyze expenditure from various aspects (Cost, Expenditure Type, Department, Cost Center, etc) and support management needs of information.
A knack for negotiation and influencing people.
Bent of mind toward cost savings/optimization through analysis and decision support.
Preferably with Postgraduate/Graduate/Certification in the Procurement domain.
Preferably with experience in Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Portal, or Contract Management.
