Monday - Friday (US Shift - EST)


Location:
Hyderabad, TG On-Site Job, NOT Remote)


Experience:0-5 Years (Freshers are allowed to apply)


Roles & Responsibilities:

• Submitting consultant's profile to Prime/Tier 1 Vendors.
• Marketing Bench Sales Consultants by posting/submitting their resumes on various job portals.
• Coordinating with consultants & understanding their skills, informing about their requirements & submitting as per their contract.
• Interacting and developing Prime/Tier 1 Vendor network & making sure the consultants is placed in minimum turnaround time.
• Updating about the screening, interviews with the consultants and management.
• Negotiating and taking rate confirmations before submitting consultant's CV to the vendor.
• Handling the post interview aspects such as followups with the vendor for the interview feedback.

Required Skills For Freshers:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge in Excel and on computer.
• Analytical approach & logical skills with attention to detail.
• Preferred Knowledge on internet, recruitment.

Pay:
₹160, ₹700,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• US shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hyderabad , Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
