    Description

    About The Role:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our fast-paced team.

    The ideal candidate should possess experience in developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications using Java, AWS, Docker, and microservices architecture.

    In addition, familiarity with MySQL, Python, and AWS Batch services are essential for this role. Experience with Perl and Golang is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities

    Technical Leadership:
    Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of Java developers, including code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in Java development and software engineering.


    Solution Design and Architecture:
    Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to design and implement scalable, robust, and maintainable Java-based solutions. Ensure adherence to architectural principles, design patterns, and coding standards.


    Software Development:
    Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Java, following established coding standards and best practices.


    Technical Innovation:
    Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in Java development. Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve efficiency, performance, and maintainability of Java solutions.


    Quality Assurance:
    Ensure the quality and reliability of Java-based software solutions through thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to support continuous integration and delivery.


    Collaboration and Communication:

    Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of Java solutions with overall business objectives.

    Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.


    Project Management:
    Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation for Java development projects. Track progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

    Skills:
    Build and maintain applications using technologies such as AWS Batch, SpringBoot, and other related frameworks.
    Collaborate with team members to build and maintain effective documentation and knowledge sharing of best practices and code standards.
    Ensure proper monitoring, logging, and alerting for applications, using AWS monitoring tools, Kibana, and other related tools.
    Experience on JDK 8, 11. Hands on with Spring boot 3.Hands on with using Build tools such as Maven and Gradle.
    Experienced in Performance tuning, JVM profiling.
    Experienced in working on Event Sourcing, Events Stream, working with Distributed systems.
    Experience on Microservice design pattern such as CQRS, API Gateway, Service Discovery and so on.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.7-10 years of work experience required.
    Proven experience in developing and maintaining scalable, high performance applications using Java, AWS, Docker, and microservices architecture.
    Strong experience with AWS services, such as AWS Batch, Lambda, EC2, and S3, and familiarity with other AWS services.
    Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, and REDIS.Proficient in Java and Java/Spring Boot.
    Familiarity with AWS monitoring tools.
    Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross functional teams.
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills
