    Description

    Responsibilities :

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 30+ engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and professional development.
    • Manage operational budget and expenses for the engineering team, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
    • Perform engineering design evaluations to ensure projects are within resource, budget, and scheduling constraints.
    • Set, manage, and report KPIs to measure progress and facilitate datadriven decisionmaking.
    • Oversee the daytoday activities of engineering teams and project managers, ensuring execution of software development projects against delivery commitments and project plans.
    • Seek ways to simplify and standardize designs, operations, and deployment plans, focusing on reducing complexity and providing performance, agility, and scalability.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives and priorities.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering organization.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in engineering practices.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience leading engineering teams.
    • Over 12 years of development experience in a largescale, missioncritical environment.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record of hiring, retaining, and mentoring top engineering talent.
    • Experience managing operational budgets and expenses.
    • Strong understanding of engineering design principles and methodologies.
    • Proficiency in setting and managing KPIs to drive performance and results.
    • Experience overseeing the execution of software development projects against delivery commitments and project plans.
    • Ability to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
