Job Description- 5+ years of handson experience with implementing NICE Cloud
- Experience in implementing capabilities including (but not limited to): Omnichannel Queuing, routing, and Social Media management systems on the enterprise level.
- Experience with Social Listening and Social Publishing Software
- Ability to effectively work both independently and collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment
- Proficient in conducting Cloud contact center solutions roadmap sessions with business leadership, vendor architecture and sales support.
- Experience providing digital experience, business automation solutions using AI/ML as well as contact center technologies
- Good understanding of public cloud (Salesforce, AWS, Google, Microsoft) computing architectures and services
- Provides solution consulting, technical design, and sales support for account opportunities
- Provides ownership of Technical Solution Deliverables
These could include:
- Participating in Discovery and Documentation of Business Requirements, Infrastructure Requirements
- Participating in Solution/Delivery Assurance and Professional Services Handoff meetings
