Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to provide personalized assistance.
- Showcase and promote the latest apparel collections, explaining features and benefits.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and crossselling products.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Participate in periodic inventory checks and restocking activities.
