Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our expanding team.

As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with small and mid-sized utilities in the US market.

You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer success.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a disruptive technology company in the utility sector.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets for the Bynry Smart Utility platform.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive introductory calls with clients by proactively prospecting and engaging with small and midsized utilities in the US.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of the Bynry Smart Utility platform.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, submit RFPs and negotiate contracts that align with customer needs and company objectives.
  • Driving sales initiatives to build and nurture the MOFU and BOFU pipeline
  • Drive client engagements, build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including utility executives, decisionmakers, and influencers.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to effectively position Bynry's solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports using our CRM system.
  • Build and manage a team of Sales and Business Development representatives

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 8 to 10 yrs experience in B2B Enterprise sales, preferably in the utility industry or related sectors.
  • Must have knowledge of Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Strong understanding of the utility industry and familiarity with smart utility solutions is preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and targetoriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to navigate complex and long sales cycles (3 to 9 months) and win new business.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture longterm customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.
