FOR FEMALE ONLY - Job Location is Shapar (Veraval)
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist the Directors in day to day routine activities, internal department coordination and any other task assigned by the Directors from Time to Time.
Secondary Responsibilities :
Assist the team in day to day activities.
Required Skills :
Excellent Personality and communication skills, Good Command over English language, good knowledge of MS Office and google products (Calendar, Keep Etc.), skilled in written communication, very good with coordination and interpersonal relationships, should be a learner by focusing on companies core purpose and core values.
Internal:
1>. All types of communication with Existing and New Customers who are connected with Directors.
2>. Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations.
3>. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes for Directors
4>. Develop and maintain a filing system
5>. Submit and reconcile expense reports
6>. Coordinate with HODs for Day to Day internal communication and activities.
7>. Assist in ISO Documentation.
8>. Communication/ Follow Ups with Production Team.
9>. Coordinate with HODs for Day to Day Internal communication and activities.
External:
1>. Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel reservations.
2>. Coordinate with Customers who are in touch with HODs and Director.
3>. Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate person.
4>. Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
5>. Greet and assist visitors.
Job Location :
Shapar (Veraval), Can Remburise the transportation cost.
Salary:
Starting ₹18,000.00 /month till your capability.
