Description

The key purpose of the role is to have a person lead and drive the Release forward by diligent scope governance, effective planning, unblocking of roadblocks, addressing internal and external dependencies and reporting on the progress of the phases of the Release.

The role entails a high degree of interaction with the Business teams (from Consumer/B2C and Enterprise/B2B teams), IT Enterprise architects and the vendors

Responsibility

Defining ways of working, deliverables, dependencies management and ensuring that they are clearly communicated to team members and stakeholders
Developing plans that outline project timelines, resource requirements, and budgets
Identifying risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitoring their progress
Ensuring that project milestones are met on time
Monitoring Design phase progress and identifying areas where adjustments may be needed to keep the project on track
Communicating project updates and progress to team members and stakeholders, and ensuring that they are informed of any changes to project timelines or deliverables
Works with internal and external teams (vendors) for effective unblocking of issues and managing interdependencies
Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met
Works on Jira/Confluence to ensure proper tracking and reporting of deliverables
Conducting postrelease evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure that lessons learned are applied to future releases

Requirements:

Master degree in Administration
Minimum Years of Expin Telecom Domain
Comprehensive expertise across the Telco-IT full stack landscape [Digital, BSS, OSS, ESS] and digital ecosystem (e.g. selfservice, selfcare and ecommerce)
Experience with agile delivery, DevOps and microservices and certified either in Prince 2/PMP
Possesses strong leadership traits and is able to negotiate and influence business alignment with the IT technology strategy
Solid business acumen ,a structured analytical thinker and Jira/Confluence expert
Strong relationship management skills, high degree of cultural intelligence (CQ) and strong influencing techniques
