Roles & Responsibilities

Work with offshore and onsite team members as Oracle Cloud SCM functional consultant
Ability to work independently and manage the task assignments
Ability to understand customers business requirements and explain to technical consulate in a simplified way, also require some technical knowledge to be able to write functional document for RICE which could be understood by technical consultants
Gather, analyze business requirements & perform FIT-GAP analysis
Active participation in preparing various project documents
Solution design, Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Training materials etc.
Explain the business requirement to other team members in the projectWrite functional requirement documents

Create and execute test scenarios in various test environments
Works closely with users during user acceptance testing phase

Requirements:

Education:Bachelor's degree or relevant career experience
Knowledge:Knowledge of OM, INV, Costing, PO, Requisitioning, GOP, Planning on Oracle ERP cloud

Business process understanding & Implementation experience in SCM Modules

Other Key Abilities:Ability to effectively communicate

Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot problems

Knowledge of the development lifecycle:Clarify and collect requirements

Task management
Communication and collaboration
Creation of Project Deliverables
Post-production support for resolution of day to day client issues

Experience

Exposure related to Oracle technologies including Oracle ERP Cloud SCM implementation experience as Functional Consultant

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This position consists predominantly of sedentary work, including activities such as computer activity and in person or phone conversations/meetings.

Responsibilities require keyboarding activity and/or manual manipulation of a computer mouse with either hand. This includes repetitive motion with wrists, hands and/or fingers. The position involves extensive viewing of a computer monitor.

It is also necessary to possess the ability to speak and hear (with reasonable accommodation) in order to exchange detailed information both face-to-face and via phone with/to customers, vendors, employees and others.
