Good understanding of planning methodologies like heuristics, optimization etc

Deep expertise understanding of analyzing planning result output and scenario planning

Deep understanding of planning master data and its impact on plan quality

Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural teams spread across geographies

Primary Skills

Good knowledge in planning tool, i.e., SAP, Kinaxis, Anaplan, O9, E2Open will be an advantage

Hands on experience of working with an ERP tool (preferably SAP ECC)

Working knowledge of Tableau Platform

Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills

Secondary Skills
