We are seeking a dedicatedand dynamic Admission Associate Representative to join our team.The primary role of the Admission Associate Representative is tomanage and oversee the admissions process of our educationalinstitution ensuring a smooth transparent and efficient experiencefor prospective students and their families. RequirementsKeyResponsibilities:

• Overseethe admissions process including the review and evaluation ofapplications conducting interviews and making informed admissiondecisions.
  
• Workclosely with faculty and staff to develop implement and refineadmission policies andprocedures.
  
• Monitorand analyze admissions statistics including applicant pooldemographics and admission rates to inform strategic planning anddecisionmaking.
  
• Providecomprehensive information and guidance to prospective students andfamilies regarding the admissions process admission requirementsdeadlines and financial aidoptions.
  
• Ensurethe admissions process is conducted fairly transparently and incompliance with institutional policies and legalrequirements.
  
• Participatein recruitment events open houses and information sessions topromote the institution and attract potentialstudents.
  
• Maintainuptodate knowledge of educational trends standards and regulationsrelated toadmissions.
  

EssentialQualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree in Education Business Administration Communication or arelated field(Required).
  
• Fluentin English and Tamil(Required).
  
• Provenexperience in admissions customer service or a similar rolepreferably within an educationalsetting.
