Position Summary:

As a Dermatologist for the salon, you will be responsible for providing specialized skincare and dermatological services to salon clients.

Your expertise in diagnosing and treating skin conditions, performing cosmetic procedures, and advising clients on proper skincare routines will be essential to ensure client satisfaction and maintain the salon's reputation for quality services.

Responsibilities:


Skincare Consultation:

Conduct comprehensive consultations with salon clients to assess their skin concerns, determine underlying causes, and recommend appropriate treatments or procedures.

Diagnosis and Treatment:
Accurately diagnose and treat various skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, and other common skin disorders. Prescribe medications, provide treatments such as chemical peels, laser therapy, or dermal fillers, and offer appropriate follow-up care.

Cosmetic Procedures:

Perform cosmetic procedures like Botox injections, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, and other aesthetic treatments as requested by clients.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a high standard of quality.

Skincare Education:
Educate clients on proper skincare routines, including advice on cleansing, moisturizing, sun protection, and other preventive measures. Recommend suitable skincare products or treatments that align with client's nclients goals.

Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare products, trends, and advancements in dermatology. Provide expert advice on product selection and develop partnerships with relevant skincare brands or companies.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other salon professionals, including hairstylists, aestheticians, and nail technicians, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Share knowledge, offer support, and provide referrals when necessary.

Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes. Adhere to privacy regulations and maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Continuing Education:
Stay abreast of current dermatological research, and attend conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills. Maintain professional certifications and licenses as required by local regulations.

Client Satisfaction:

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction by addressing their concerns, answering questions, and maintaining a friendly and welcoming demedemeanourrive to exceed client expectations and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications:

Medical Degree:
Hold a medical degree (MD or DO) and a valid license to practice dermatology.

Board Certification:
Be board-certified or board-eligible in dermatology.

Clinical Experience:
