    Role Description
    This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Industrial Laundry Manager at Ozone Wash Pvt Ltd, located in Goa, India. The Commercial Industrial Laundry Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the commercial laundry operations, including managing the laundry staff, ensuring efficient and timely cleaning of all linens and garments, maintaining laundry equipment, and implementing and optimizing laundry processes. The Commercial Industrial Laundry Manager will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

    Qualifications
    • Previous experience in a managerial role in a commercial or industrial laundry facility
    • Strong knowledge of laundry equipment, chemicals, and processes
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
    • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
    • Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
    • Ability to effectively manage a team and inspire high performance
    • Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends, if required
